Are your candles environmentally friendly?
All of our candles are made from natural soy and/or plant wax blends. Our wicks are lead free natural fiber wicks. All glass containers that we use are recycled glass. We strive to make our environmental impact as small as possible in our production process and we try to recycle and reuse any materials that we can. All of our shipping materials are recycled from supply shipments we get to send out customer orders. Any paperwork generated is printed on recycled paper and we reuse printed paper in our office by printing on both sides. Do your candles come in a box?
Our candles do not come in a gift box or other decorative packaging. We take great pride in creating as little waste as possible. By not using decorative packaging, we can keep the costs down and the impact on the environment low. What are your shipping rates?
Orders up to $64.99 are charged a flat rate of $5.95
Orders of $65.00 or more - Free Shipping Offer applies to orders within the United States only. Shipping method will be USPS unless otherwise notified. FREE LOCAL PICK-UP is available as well.
Orders take up to a week to be processed and shipped out. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa & Mastercard. We can also accept checks and money orders. Simply choose the Check or Money Order option when checking out and we will respond with the address for mailing. Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your items. Please note that checks could delay shipping by up to 10-business days. Will you give out my personal information?
We never sell or distribute our customers' email address or other personal information.
What is your return policy?
Always contact us before returning your candle, so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Candles found to be defective will be replaced at our expense. Exceptions :
We cannot replace a candle if correct burning procedures weren't followed or if the wicks were clipped too short to burn. Candles that have been mostly burned are not returnable.
Customized orders may not be returned. Nor can we accept returns if the color and/or scent was not what you expected.
Candle care items cannot be returned/exchanged. Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do. If you have a particular color in mind, just tell us in the text box next to the item before placing it in the cart. If you have a particular scent request or project in mind, contact us by email at info@mformelcandles.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Can I request new scents?
If you have a scent that you would like to see us carry, submit your request through the contact page. If we receive enough requests, we will research the new scents. Don't forget, we can always fill custom orders if you really want a scent that we're not ready to carry yet.
